We create God... It is the intellectual's responsibility to create God for those who still believe in him. Like a parent telling their kids about Santa Clause, or C.S. Lewis writing a Christianity for kids, sci-fi enthusiasts, and serious thinkers, we need to tell a different story to different age levels, to different class backgrounds.. and we need to be parents and social activists to all the children of earth. If you have brains, use them to improve religious systems. Christianity has a serious brain drain, because all the people who have learned better, leave, rather than trying to coax people out of their boxes and hypnotic rituals, into an active, abundant, and powerful lifestyle.
