IS YOUR QUESTION ANSWERED HERE?

NOTE: 4-25-2016 - We have begun the move to our new version of Passions Network, and the network is currently locked down to new registrations and logins. This process may take a few days (at least). You are welcome to check out the site to see if you are interested in joining once our new version is available. Separately, Account Deletions are temporarily on hold as well, while we move to the new nework. They will be available shortly after our new version has launched. Thanks!

Why can't I find my account? Why can't I login?

It's possible your account was deleted. Try searching for your username / membername on the General Search page.
If you are taken to a profile within your account, then your account has not been deleted.
If you are not taken to a profile within your account, but instead, you see a 'There is no such user' message, or you are returned to the Search page, then your account has been deleted.

Why was my account deleted?

Common reasons for account deletion are listed here.

How do I delete my account?

Account deletions are on hold while we transition to our new network. (See NOTE at the top of this page.) Once our new version of the network is up and running, account deletions will be available.
