The warm fuzzy feeling of unfamiliarity

I enjoy learning and am not afraid to change my mind after evaluating new information. Traveling or moving to a new destination where I don’t know a soul excites me. I dream of one day spending 6 months upon the sea in a 37 foot sailboat, exploring the South Pacific Islands and returning to some of the places I have already visited. I want to hike the Frank Church Wilderness in Idaho, revel in drunken days in Spain and sit back in a small coffee shop in Tokyo watching the ordered chaos go by. I would like to smoke my mind on a slow week day in Colorado while carving turns at Crested Butte after a fresh snowfall. I would love to spend Sunday afternoons relaxing, listening to new music on NPR, drinking Spanish wine, making love on the couch, cooking a new recipe and discussing literature or movies. I enjoy simple things like a wonderful cup of tea, or the sound of June Bugs in the summer. I like to read, especially classic literature. Working out or running clears my mind. Music takes me to a place where few people go. If you understand that statement then you have been to that place. My dreaming side is well balanced with a work ethic. My career is important to provide for those things which I enjoy in life but is not important in and of itself. I am searching for another dreamer. A girl who thinks talk shows may be the most ridiculous creation of the modern era; a girl that is physically fit, independent, but loves to share with the right person. Someone I can introduce to my friends or family and not worry that she will be uncomfortable when I step out of the room. A girl that will give me a quick glance in public that tells me as soon as we get home she is going to rip my clothes off. A girl to grow old with; who will smile when I misplace my wallet and ask her where she hid it.
