I enjoy mutual snuggling.

Essentially, I'm looking for a female companion who shares at least a good number of my passions and ideals. It would be good to have a physical and/or romantic relationship, but friendship is the ideal (for a start, that is). I don't care for unproven and unlikely theories about various cosmogonies being peddled as truths- to that extent I base my understanding of the universe on what scientific theories are in favor at the moment; I'm a physicalist and I clapped while I listened to Dawkins on YouTube. I am accommodating, and shy around strangers. I am quite liberal (political discussion will take hours so we'll leave it at that), a lover of video/computer games, anything having to do with Japan (especially popular media, but not including subjugation of women), and I actively pursue knowledge in almost all forms. I especially enjoy history and geography, along with all the physical sciences- though I am no stranger to their more social cousins. I like reading and watching movies, usually of the fictional (science or otherwise) variety, and listening to music that is at least 5 years old. I find it hard to cope with the fact that it is no longer 1998 ("isn't 2000 in the future?"). I try to be funny and courteous, ofttimes to a fault, and I spice everything in my life with creative endeavors. I'm being long-winded now, so I'll just stop it. Oh yes, and I am open about most matters, so feel free to converse.
